I am obsessed with this magnesium. The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day but I thought it was a little much to take 3 at one time, so I take 1 with my morning vitamins and 2 with my evening supplements. When I take it consistently, the two main benefits that I've noticed are (1) the second my head hits the pillow at night, I'm immediately tired - I try reading a little bit and I just can't, my eyes insist in closing; and (2) it really keeps the soreness and muscle fatigue away. I did 3 truckloads of firewood in one day while on this magnesium and felt perfectly fine the next day. Not even a little bit sore. I swear by this magnesium and recommend it to everyone that I know.

To be honest, I haven’t noticed a difference. I was taking an over the counter mag from Walmart and saw better results :/ Not sure if it’s a coincidence that I’ve had a little more trouble sleeping since switching over. Love all other TLE supps! Will give it another try.
