With many essential ingredients and 200 mg of caffeine, you’ll get the energy you want, crave and desire with every scoop of DASH.

DASH contains ingredients that are classified as “hygroscopic” and may absorb moisture from the environment. This can result in slight clumping or hardening of the powder but does NOT affect the safety or effectiveness of the product at all.

First, let me start by saying that every morning I seriously cannot wait to take my Dash! 😂 I actually look forward to my AM workouts just so I can have my Dash beforehand!

Grape Cherry is officially my second favorite Dash flavor! It’s the perfect mix of a little tart and a little sweet—SO yummy! And this is coming from someone who is not usually a grape-flavor kind of girl. Somehow, this one got me! 😍

I absolutely LOVE it!

Taste and consistency of powder is 100/100. I immediately begin to feel the tingle of the pre-workout and it gives me the energy I need to get through my workout after a long workday!

Love the flavor!!

Flavor was not very strong I could mostly taste a green tea flavor, it gets the job done.
