These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and TLE Fit LLC (“TLE Fit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of tle.fit, any mobile app, courses, memberships, coaching programs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old.
Your Account You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at help@tle.fit of any unauthorized use.
License Granted to You Limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only. No copying, modifying, reselling, or reverse-engineering.
User Content & Prohibited Conduct You are responsible for anything you post. You agree not to:

Post unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or harmful content
Impersonate anyone or post spam
Infringe third-party rights
Upload viruses or interfere with the Services We may remove content or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property All content (videos, workouts, downloads, graphics) is owned by us or our licensors. No unauthorized use or distribution.
Payments & Refunds See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy at tle.fit/refund.
Supplement & Health Disclaimer(replaces the old generic health disclaimer) Our dietary supplements and any health, fitness, or nutrition information are for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, diet, or exercise program — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have any medical condition or take any medications. You assume full responsibility for how you choose to use our products and information.

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NONE).
Indemnification You indemnify us against claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law Ohio law applies.
