Refund policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Opened Products:
You may return opened or used products for full website credit within 14 days after the product has been delivered. We will issue your website credit by form of e-gift card via email. If a customer is found abusing or manipulating this offer, we will refuse issuing any credits towards future orders. Eligibility for this website credit will be determined once TLE Fit receives and reviews the returned product(s).
Unopened Products:
You may receive a full refund on unopened products within 30 after purchase. Unopened product(s) must arrive back to TLE Fit in the same condition and packaging that it was received in order to be eligible for refund. Product will not be accepted for refund beyond 30 days after purchase. Eligibility for refund is determined once TLE Fit receives and reviews the returned product(s).
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable):
We will send you an email once we have received and reviewed your returned item(s) and let you know if we have approved or rejected your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed and applied back to your original method of payment. (Could take up to 2-3 days)
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received your approved refund after 4 days, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. It may take a few more days to process before it is posted back on your account. If you are still missing your refund after 5 days, please email us at help@tle.fit
Sale items (if applicable):
Unfortunately, sale items will not be accepted for refund or website credit whether the product has been opened or unopened. All sale items are final.
Exchanges (if applicable):
You may exchange your item(s) for the same item(s) only if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges for a different product. If you have a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at help@tle.fit
Shipping items back:
To return your product, mail it to the address listed below. Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs on the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable if you receive a refund on your order.
